Redefining Beauty Community is a mission-driven nonprofit organization committed to creating transformational opportunities for youth and families through enrichment, mentoring, and inclusive support services. Founded by educator and community leader Taqueece Myers, the organization is rooted in equity and empowerment, and is dedicated to building spaces where youth can thrive, families feel supported, and communities grow stronger together.

As the parent organization of three impactful programs—IRIS Blooms, RBC Support Services, and Legacy Leaders—we are united by one core purpose: to expand access, elevate voices, and strengthen pathways for historically underserved communities.
